Cequa were the only drops that didn't burn my eyes and was the most effective in treating my severely dry eyes due to Sjogren's and Lupus. Miebo was ok but not as effective as Cequa. I did like the feel of Meibo eye drops. Vevye eye drops have a similar silky consistency. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield. My doctor just prescribed Vevye.
