Minor/Significance Unknown. omeprazole. omeprazole increases levels of clonazepam by decreasing metabolism. Minor/Significance Unknown. pancuronium.
Omeprazole can inhibit metabolism of clonazepam and therefore increase its effect. Omeprazole and mylanta do not interact with each other. Therefore it would be better to to take Omeprazole and clonazepam separately or slightly decrease the dose of clonazepam you regularly take if you have to take it with Omeprazole.

If anything, omeprazole (Prilosec) may reduce the clearance of many benzodiazepines, including clonazepam (), which would only strengthen and prolong its effects. This doesn't seem to be a common, clinically significant interaction, but omeprazole shouldn't reduce the efficacy of clonazepam in any case.
Hence Omeprazole being a much more expensive drug than it is now.....
