I believe Bactrim is listed in the ATA guide as causing tinnitus but it's very low on the list of ototoxic antibiotics. The same thing with the Cephalexin it's not great but way low on the list as far as ototoxicity. If it were the drugs, wouldn't I have noticed it while being on it for a month? Not two weeks after finishing up the Bactrim?
