Bronchitis and ibuprofen

Guys, I know it's been a while since I've written, and I'm so, so sorry! With a new assignment from hell, a wedding I was the day coordinator for, a pretty bad cold, the flu/bronchitis for 3 weeks then the Holidays, and I've met a man who is a Master which has consumed a lot of my time since then, I am ready to start writing again!
As I said, most of chap 21 is 1/2 written and I left Gayle on Hamish's desk, so once I figure it out today I finish it -- I promise!! Give me two weeks (I hear Lit is now taking 5 days to post!) and it'll be there for y'all.

Medical stuff:
Fracture = broken. We have lots of terms to describe the fracture, but a fracture is a break.
People can walk on a broken ankle if they are tough enough to take the pain and the tibia is not where the fracture is.
She would have had an x-ray about a week after the surgery to confirm it was well healing.
Plaster? We more often use water activated fiberglass these days. Less heat as it cures, sets quicker.
Very likely she would have been put in a walking boot.
Advil = Motrin = ibuprofen. Each pill is 200mg, so three were a good choice, four a bit better. Redose after six hours if the pain has returned.

Loved the story - but just as an aside, aspirin actually prevents liver damage. Acetameniphen (Tylenol) is what is traditionally known as dangerous for the liver, and non-aspirin NSAIDs such as ibuprofen have recently been linked to stroke/heart attack risk increase. lol I know this has nothing to do with erotica, and your story is fantastic - but if it were me writing this? (and I do write a ton - I'm actually a professional author), I would have had Jack (the athlete) share his prescription pain killers with his victim, since he's most likely on them (athletes are always getting hurt) and since opiate prescriptions, added Tylenol not withstanding, are the only things that don't increase the risk of liver damage and heart attack/stroke. Plus... let's be honest. They're also the only medications that actually work. And also - it's the very least Jack owes him. ;)

I like your story. Your caveat about discontinuities at the top was way too understated, they were jarring, but I get it. I've been there myself, but please remember to come back and clean up later, you're going to throw a lot of people off.
OK, big problem: Never, ever, ever take Advil and Tylenol together! Ever! Tylenol is Acetaminophen, it's a blood thinner. Advil is Ibuprofen, it's an anti-inflammatory that will also irritate your stomach lining. So between the two, you'll end up with a bleeding ulcer. I think the standard recommendation is to separate them by at least twelve hours, though I just stick to one. So unless you're TRYING to mess Hayley up even worse than she already is (bruised, battered, hung over), PLEASE stick to one or the other.
PS: Yes, this is a pet peeve. Yes, I've personally had a problem with both drugs. Google it if you don't believe me.

When you refer to lifelong I think some more explanation is due. Did you lack the sexual cravings that almost all adolescents have? Did you masturbate before having sexual contact with another person? Not intercourse per se, but kissing, fondling..etc? Have you ever experienced an orgasm, with or without a partner? Does your vagina lubricate when you are exposed to sexual situations? As far as males with low libidos, often that's a result of another underlying physical, or mental anomaly. While I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who has had prostate cancer the risk is minimal. Taking over the counter medications such as Advil, Motrin, which are both ibuprofen, can cause severe kidney damage in large amounts, yet are safe minus pre-existing kidney problems, when taken properly they provide effective and safe relief from pain. The same can be said for exogenous or injected testosterone and estrogen provided it is used correctly. HSDS can, and does come with life changing effects. It has the ability to prevent and kill marriages. So if pharmocological therapy can eliminate or reduce the aforementioned effects, it should be understood that it remains a viable and safe option in the treatment HSDS.

I was busy with work and almost missed this story.
I'm thinking putting it in the incest/taboo section would continue to draw eyes to the series. Central High Blues should cover his senior year in High School, with a follow up series covering his first year in college.
I think you need to figure out how many chapters you want this next series to go and then layout the year, including Thanksgiving, Winter and Spring Breaks in the school year, as well as how he handles other holidays during the year (Halloween, Veterans Day, MLK Jr Day, Presidents Day, St Patrick's Day, Cinco De Mayo, Memorial Day) finishing up with a June Graduation Day. Also in that final chapter of the next series write up about a Senior Ditch Day and a night party with the senior class (possibly in Disneyland if I'm right that the character lives in Southern California: there usually is some up & coming music acts playing at venues within the park(s). Google it for more info to help give you some ideas.) Of course Josh studying for and taking his SAT & AP tests including prep times with some sexy action attached & Josh applying to various colleges and choosing a college between those acceptance letters he receives, would add some depth to the next series and not be Josh going from one fuck to another.
Other potential events:
-An erotic Halloween swingers or sorority party. The swingers party allows you to bring back all of the nurses and their men as well as introduce other friends of just his mom's or both of his parents, like his dad's hot secretary. The sorority or Greek party would involve Beth picking him up and attending the party as her date and introduce some of her college friends into the story like more detail on her roommates.
-A Thanksgiving family sex orgy
-A Christmas & New Years Eve to remember
-A Graduation Pool Party that turns into a sex orgy
Then I would fill in the new characters, such as ...
-A bisexual female principal who he finds has a submissive streak, after she catches him fucking the familiar school nurse
-That nypho English Teacher who doesn't wear panties and who all the male students lust after, getting peeks of her ass cheeks and pussy when she bends over to pick something up. She is also married to a Navy SEAL who seems is always on deployment.
-That busty librarian
-A nerdy Calculus or HS Physics teacher who seems to always to be pregnant from her husband, and therefore is always slightly horny
-An imposing Amazon PE teacher, who played college basketball or volleyball looking for a real man
-The school slut who is underage, overly aggressive and who he has to actively avoid as she becomes more determined to fuck and suck his cock, at least until she turns 18, she may even be a cheerleader.
-The nerdy valedictorian who was held back a year due to her having a year where she was constantly sick with chicken pox, bronchitis, the flu, measles, the common cold, and ear infections during one year in elementary school.

This should give you some ideas for your next series and give you some time to consider your next series and then quickly produce each for your readers to not have to wait too long before the next chapter comes out.
Then you can either just focus on the summer before Josh goes off to college or both the summer and his first year in college or all 4 of his years in college with some story summaries advancing the story when you feel you need to.
